About Fulfilpackers

Fulfilpackers is a Gold Coast based eCommerce 3PL (third-party logistics, we store, pack and ship orders for online stores). We move high volumes, dispatch same day, and we're built for brands that can't afford slow fulfilment. We need our social presence to match: quick, sharp, no fluff.

The role

You'll be the person turning what happens in our warehouse into content people actually stop and watch. That means being onsite for shoots, then taking that footage and photos and shaping it into posts that build our following and bring in leads.

This is a junior role. We're not expecting a content agency's worth of polish. We're expecting someone who can shoot, edit, write, and post consistently, and who wants to get better at it.

What you'll do

- Shoot photos and video onsite at our Gold Coast warehouse, packing, dispatch, team, behind the scenes
- Edit video using CapCut. If you already have a workflow on another platform, you're welcome to use it
- Design graphics and carousels in Canva
- Source and use stock imagery where it makes sense (not every post needs an onsite shoot)
- Write and edit social copy for Instagram and Facebook
- Assist with delivering the content calendar (the marketing strategist sets the plan, you help make it happen)
- Post content and track basic performance (views, engagement, follower growth)
- Film colleagues talking to camera (testimonials, explainers, behind the scenes interviews), working with the marketing strategist on the interview questions
- Make small edits and updates to existing blog content
- Assist with capturing video and images for paid advertising
- Pick up ad hoc marketing duties as they come up
- Keep everything on brand

What you need

Must have

- Some hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video
- Comfortable in CapCut or a similar video editor
- Comfortable in Canva
- Can write clean,



direct social copy (no corporate speak)
- Reliable and happy to be onsite most days, including shoots on short notice
- Own transport to our Gold Coast site
- A camera which produces hi res video (or a good iphone or samsung)

Nice to have

- Experience with a 3PL, eCommerce, or logistics brand
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite or a scheduling tool
- An eye for warehouse/industrial photography (not just lifestyle shots)
- Experience growing a business account from scratch
- Can plan ahead and batch content, rather than shooting reactively
- Experience assisting with paid ad creative (video or stills)
- Confidence directing colleagues on camera, putting them at ease and getting a usable take

Location Gold Coast, QLD. Mostly onsite at our warehouse for shoots and day to day work. Some editing and admin can be done remotely, but this role is built around being here, not working from home.

Hours

Up to 24 hours per week. Exact hours depend on your age and experience level, since pay is set by the relevant award classification. We'll confirm your exact weekly hours once we've discussed your background.

Pay

$500 per week, paid at the correct award rate for your age and experience (plus super). Your weekly hours are calculated from that rate, not fixed in advance. As a guide:

Approx. hours/week at $500

- Under 21, entry level
- Lower junior rate up to 24+ hours
- 21+, some experience
- Standard adult rate around 18 to 19 hours

We'll work out your actual rate and hours together once we know your age and experience. This is standard, not a downgrade, it just means the more experienced you are, the fewer hours $500 covers, and vice versa.
