What We're Looking For:
- A strong desire to learn - we provide full training, but your commitment to growing in the trade is essential
- Attention to detail - following instructions carefully and maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Team player - ability to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment
- Valid driver's licence and forklift licence (with reliable transport)
- Excellent attendance and punctuality - if this isn't you, please don't apply
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for fabrication and painting (cleaning, sanding, deburring)
- Clean and maintain equipment and workspace to ensure a safe environment
- Support tradespersons with various manual tasks as required
- Ensure all paperwork and record-keeping is completed accurately
