Casual Temporary Entry Level Posted 21 Jul 2026 Description THE ROLE You will be responsible for:

- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the Kitchens
- Cleaning of all pots and dishes from the kitchen/chefs /restaurant
- Cleaning of chinaware, glassware, silverware, kitchen hardware and other operational related items
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all food preparation areas, this includes the back of house storage areas, loading docks, fridges and freezers.
- Ensure that all hazardous chemicals and materials are stored in a secure environment.
- Collect and remove domestic waste ABOUT YOU The right candidate will:
- Experience Using a Commercial Dishwasher
- Knowledge of Cleaning Chemicals and their safe use
- Basic Food Preparation Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar setting




- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks
- Quality awareness
- Occupational Health & Safety awareness (chemical use required)
- High standards of presentation and grooming THE ROSTER The role requires someone to weekday shifts - Generally shifts include: 7am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm, 4pm to 12am, 5pm to 1am.
