About The Role

Lead kitchen operations to deliver high - quality, nutritious meals and exceptional dining experiences for residents. You’ll oversee menus,



budgets, ordering, and food safety while mentoring the kitchen team and ensuring consistent, compliant service.

What You’ll Bring

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or a diploma-level qualification in a related field
- Leadership experience in commercial kitchens
- Menu planning and budget management skills
- Solid food safety knowledge
- Team leadership capability
