Fixed Term Contract - Full Time Care Assistant (76 hours per fortnight)

Newcastle Anglican seeks experienced Care Assistants to join on a permanent part‑time basis at Storm Village in Taree. You will be part of a multi‑disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors.

Role & Responsibilities

- Actively promote Anglican Care’s positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
- Consistent delivery of person‑centred care to residents in our facilities
- Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
- Abide by Aged Care Standards
- Work as an effective team member

About you

- Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support, or 2nd/3rd Yr RN student
- Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
- An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately document resident’s care/progress
