About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to drive client growth, develop strategic partnerships, and lead the organisation's business development and engagement strategy while supporting the rollout of an innovative integrated care model.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing the organisation's business development and growth strategy
- Building referral networks across the NDIS, aged care, health, and community sectors
- Establishing relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health providers, hospitals, and government stakeholders
- Leading community engagement initiatives, events, and stakeholder forums




- Identifying and onboarding Associate Providers to the digital platform
- Leading government engagement and identifying funding and partnership opportunities
- Managing CRM systems, reporting, lead generation, and pipeline performance
- Introducing scalable business development processes, technology, and AI-enabled workflows
- Monitoring market trends, sector reforms, and emerging growth opportunities

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, growth, or relationship management
- Experience within the Australian NDIS, aged care, health, or community services sectors
- Experience engaging with government, health, and community organisations
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience using CRM platforms, reporting tools, and marketing automation systems
- Leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regularly
