The Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) nurse in the Murrumbidgee Local Health District supports patients to live well with kidney disease. You will monitor kidney function, slow disease progression, and coordinate care with nephrologists and GPs to ensure optimal outcomes for regional communities.

Role is permanent full time (up to 38 hours/week) in Wagga Wagga with consideration of Griffith or Deniliquin. Competitive remuneration with super and leave loading where applicable, plus professional
