With experience in a complex, highly regulated environment, you understand the importance of governance, compliance, and risk management, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes without losing sight of the people behind the process. You enjoy developing others, encouraging fresh thinking, and creating an environment where individuals feel confident to grow, contribute, and succeed. Your key experience will include:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline along with AHPRA registration being desirable
- Leadership / change management experience in a similar 24/7 operational environment, with demonstrated successful coaching for performance and culture
- Excellent skills utilising online platforms and systems, including MS Office Suite with strong report writing and business case preparation experience
- Extensive and well-developed communication, relationship engagement and partnering skills
- Financial management experience in delivering results within budget
- Key Personal Insolvency Clearance
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
