Your key experience will include:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline along with AHPRA registration being desirable
- Leadership / change management experience in a similar 24/7 operational environment, with demonstrated successful coaching for performance and culture
- Excellent skills utilising online platforms and systems, including MS Office Suite with strong report writing and business case preparation experience
- Extensive and well-developed communication, relationship engagement and partnering skills
- Financial management experience in delivering results within budget
- Key Personal Insolvency Clearance
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
