We are a Food Manufacturer based in South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne that manufacture & supply Chilled & Frozen, Snacks and Meals to major retail chains & foodservice.

We’re currently looking for reliable, energetic Kitchen Hands to join our Kitchen Team.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our chefs and kitchen team to ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Reporting to the Kitchen Head, the main responsibilities include but are not limited to helping chefs in preparation of cooking batches

- mincing & mixing of cooking batches using industrial equipment
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, benches, floors, and storage areas
- assist with basic food preparation as directed
- follow food safety and hygiene standards
- support the team with general kitchen duties as needed

The successful applicant must have

- a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- positive communication and teamwork skills
- availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends
- previous kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential
