HL Landscapes is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Site Supervisor to join our Sydney construction teams. This role involves supervising landscaping and civil works across projects throughout Sydney, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This position requires a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills, a team-focused attitude, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality on site.
There may also be opportunities to work on regional projects for candidates willing to travel and work away.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Reading and interpreting construction and landscaping plans
- Leading and coordinating site crews
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to specification
- Maintaining quality control and safety standards onsite
- Setting out and installing hardscape and softscape landscaping works
- Managing & Recording daily site activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Skills and Experience
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Industry White Card
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on civil construction or landscaping sites
- Proven ability to lead teams and maintain a robust safety culture
Advantageous (but not essential)
- Bobcat and Excavator licences
- First Aid Certificate
- HR Truck Licence
- Trade qualification or strong experience in landscaping
