Our teams complete a broad range of structural and soft landscaping works, including retaining walls, paving, concreting, drainage, fencing, garden construction, turf installation, planting and complete outdoor transformations. Role Description

MJ Landscapes & Maintenance is seeking motivated Landscapers and Landscape Construction Team Members to join our growing field teams.

We are interested in hearing from:

Landscape construction labourers

Landscaping apprentices

Qualified landscapers

Experienced leading hands and site foremen





These are full-time, on-site roles across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Northern New South Wales. Applicants may be allocated to a team and project area based on their location, experience and current operational requirements. Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:

Assisting with or completing structural landscaping works

Retaining walls, paving, concreting, drainage and fencing

Garden preparation, planting, mulching and turf installation

Operating hand tools, power tools and machinery safely

Reading plans, following project scopes and completing work to a high standard

Maintaining safe, organised and tidy job sites

Working closely with site foremen, project managers and other team members

Supervising workers and coordinating site activities for senior applicants
