Are you an experienced Landscape Supervisor / Team Leader or a skilled landscaper ready to step up into a leadership role? We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take charge of commercial and some high-end residential projects across the greater Brisbane region.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing in office landscaping projects from start to finish, including commercial streetscapes, warehouse/townhouse and some high end residential

- Managing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and suppliers





- Handling project logistics, including material orders and site operations

- Liaising with clients and ensuring high-quality project outcomes

- Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in landscape construction – either as a supervisor or a skilled landscaper ready for the next step

- Cert III in Landscaping (preferred), or strong hands-on experience

- White Card (essential)

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion
