About the role

Pinnacle Parks Legal is seeking a Graduate Lawyer in their last year of studies to join our growing and dynamic team in Geelong. As a full-time role, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse range of clients.

The role provides an chance for the successful candidate to fast-track their legal career by gaining exposure to a wide range of matters and clients as part of a small team.

What you'll be doing

Under the supervision of our Managing Principal:

- Advising clients on a wide range of legal matters, with a strong focus on the holiday park and land lease community sector.

- Providing advice regarding large sales and acquisitions of Land and Businesses.

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, applications, and correspondence.

- Conducting legal research and analysis to support client matters.

- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of legal services.

- Providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients.

What we're looking for





- While this role has a strong focus on the focus on the holiday park and land lease communities sector, experience in this sector is not required. We are looking for a graduate with an eagerness to learn and commence a career in our industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice.

- Excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
