Remuneration and perks

$120,000 pa plus SGC based on experience plus generous bonuses

Description

We wish to employ a lawyer with experience in: -

preparing Wills, applying for grants of representations, administering Estates, and representing clients following a relationship breakdown.

The successful applicant’s key duties and responsibilities will include: making Wills, Applying for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, Administering the Estate after a grant has been obtained, property settlements, children’s matters, divorce applications, binding financial agreements, restraining orders and representation in the Family Court of Western Australia.

Desirable

- Experience using Smokeball
