- Special Counsel – Qualified Indemnity (with personal injury exposure)
- Junior Lawyer / Associate – 1–4 PQE (Personal Injury focus)

The Practice
The team handles a steady pipeline of:
- Professional indemnity disputes spanning a range of professions
- Personal injury and liability claims
- Litigated matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Advisory work requiring strategic and commercial judgement
Lawyers are closely involved in matters from commencement through to resolution, including court appearances and direct engagement with insured clients.
The Ideal Profiles
Special Counsel
- Established insurance litigator with strong professional indemnity capability
- Comfortable leading complex files and setting litigation strategy
- Interested in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team direction
Junior Lawyer / Associate (1–4 PQE)
