Our client is a well-established Maroochydore law firm with a strong reputation across Commercial, Property, and Wills & Estates law. As the practice continues to grow, they're looking to add two experienced lawyers to the team. They are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer and a Wills and Estates Lawyer. Both ready to run their own files, work directly with clients, and build a genuine long-term career on the Coast.

Commercial Property Lawyer (3+ PAE)

What You'll Be Doing

- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Off-the-plan, manufactured home and retirement village matters
- Property transfers and related transactions
- Leasing matters
- Independent legal advice
- Titles Office lodgements
- General commercial and property law work

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years PAE with Queensland property law and conveyancing experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property transactions
- Experience with property finance matters — mortgages and loan documentation
- Exposure to off-the-plan, manufactured home or retirement village matters (highly regarded, not essential)
- Smokeball and PEXA experience preferred

Wills and Estates Lawyer

What You'll Be Doing

- Liaising directly with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
- Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust Deeds and other testamentary documents
- Estate administration and probate applications
- Ongoing communication with estate administration clients
- Assisting with estate disputes and family provision claims
- Drafting and calculating estate distributions and finalising payments to beneficiaries
- Overseeing support staff to ensure efficient,



high-quality service delivery

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years PAE practising in Wills & Estates
- Solid experience in estate planning and estate administration
- Exposure to or experience in estate litigation matters
- Strong technical knowledge of Queensland succession law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, empathetic and client-focused approach, especially during sensitive and emotionally charged matters
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Both Roles Offer

This is a genuinely varied practice, not a production line. You'll have file autonomy, direct client contact, and the backing of a cooperative, experienced team led by the Director.
