Calvary in Brighten – Le-Sands, NSW, is seeking an experienced Head Chef for a full-time role in our aged care kitchen. You will plan and prepare meals, meet residents’ dietary needs, and lead kitchen operations to deliver high-quality dining experiences. You will bring TAFE Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or Cert III in Food Studies, bulk cooking experience, and knowledge of Food Act and OH&S.; Flexible schedule and career development are offered.
