Requirements A collaborative and caring attitude and commitment to quality early learning Working TowardsDiploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education Experience leading a room and developing engaging, play‑based programs Strong knowledge of EYLF, QKLG, NQF, and current early childhood practices Ability to guide children's behaviour with care and empathy Confident with compliance, documentation, and quality standards Solid communication and relationship‑building skills with families, children,
