Bellbowrie Tavern operates a bustling family bistro, a premier gaming lounge, and a lively public bar. This role requires a leader who lives in the thick of the action, enjoys being on the floor, connecting with regulars, and maintaining high standards across every department.

A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager

- Get to know the locals so well they consider you part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of hospitality legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring energy, service, and smiles every shift

Inherent Requirements

- This hands‑on role involves manual handling and lifting (moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You





- Experience working in a bar, bistro, or gaming room, and some supervisory experience
- Learned from excellent managers and ready to step up
- Confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as required by state regulations
