In this role, you'll:
As a Business Support Specialist, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of Salesforce business functions and projects.
You will coordinate activities, manage documentation and reporting, and work closely with stakeholders to support efficient service delivery and continuous improvement across the team.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive professional with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Salesforce administration skills are a must.
You bring experience in administrative or business support roles,
with the ability to manage competing priorities, engage stakeholders effectively, and contribute to improving processes and team outcomes.
