The SUPPS Clinician at Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) provides support to women with substance use from the antenatal period through to six months post-birth, with service provision extended to two years in exceptional circumstances. The aim is to improve health and social outcomes by offering care navigation, support, and engagement with appropriate services.

Based in Wagga Wagga, this district-wide role uses a hybrid approach, including home visits and telehealth, serving clients
