About the Role

As the Business Performance Coach for Queensland, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth, performance, and success of the Harcourts Queensland network. Working closely with business owners, sales leaders and their teams, you will provide coaching, guidance, and strategic support to help businesses improve performance, increase productivity and achieve their goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to our network, assisting with business planning, performance conversations, recruitment initiatives, and the implementation of growth strategies. Alongside coaching and business development responsibilities, you will facilitate Academy training programs, deliver workshops, and support learning initiatives designed to build capability across the network. This is a highly visible role that combines business coaching, training, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the success of our offices and people.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

- Coach and support business owners and their teams to improve business performance and achieve growth objectives
- Facilitate Academy training programs, workshops and professional development initiatives across Queensland
- Assist business owners with business planning, goal setting and performance improvement strategies




- Build trusted relationships with business owners, leaders and team members across the Harcourts network
- Interpret business performance data and provide insights to support decision‑making and growth
- Promote Academy programs and encourage participation across the Queensland network
- Support recruitment events, business owner initiatives and network growth opportunities
- Partner with the CEO, Academy team and wider Queensland support team to deliver strategic initiatives and business outcomes

Demonstrated experience within the real estate industry, with an understanding of business operations, sales performance and the challenges faced by business owners and their teams
- Business Acumen: The ability to interpret business performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement and support the development of growth strategies
- Coaching and Facilitation Capability: Confidence facilitating training programs, workshops and coaching conversations that inspire learning, accountability and performance improvement
- Communication and Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build credibility with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Planning and Execution Skills: The ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate initiatives and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced environment
