Responsibilities

- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands‑on exercises, to support the learning objectives of various technical training programs.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions both in‑person and online, covering topics such as product features, installation procedures, configuration settings, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences, including customers, partners, and internal staff.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to stay current on product updates and new releases, ensuring that training materials and programs are up-to-date.




- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make continuous improvements to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide technical support and assistance to participants during and after training sessions, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams, offering technical guidance and expertise as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or information technology.
- Previous experience in a technical training role, preferably in the security or surveillance industry.
- Strong understanding of video surveillance systems, network protocols, and related technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training materials using various tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a rapid‑paced, dynamic environment.
