What You’ll Do

- Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Support residents during mealtimes and ensure a dignified dining experience

- Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour

- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

- Maintain safety, hygiene, and infection control standards

About You

You’re a caring and dependable individual who brings empathy, teamwork, and professionalism to everything you do.

Essential:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent)

- Previous experience in residential aged care

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Physically fit for safe manual handling

- Confident using tablets/smartphones for work





- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

- Two recent managerial references

- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Desirable:

- Medication Administration Certification
