We are a highly successful e-com brand who’s built a loyal community who love our products, and now we’re looking for a creative Lead Graphic Designer to help us shape the future of Macro Mike.

This a full-time role based on-site at our Burleigh Heads location that looks after packaging, digital and print design.

What You’ll Get Up To:

- Create and design new packaging and update current packaging all in line with food quality standards
- Manage a broad scope of design requests from shipping boxes and email signatures, to retail POS and paid ad assets
- Drive design concepts for campaign visuals ensuring brand identity is championed
- Work with the broader marketing team on all product launches and brand story telling
- Lead our part-time Graphic Design legend
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, staying ahead of trends

About You:

- Keen to embrace the latest AI tools along with traditional design platforms




- A gun in the packaging space with an eye for detail
- Confident leader who is organised and well planned
- Ideally has aligned experienced in a similar e-com business or brand
- An open collaborator, champion of fresh ideas, who brings a creative spark to the team.
