We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Leading Hand – Electrical to join our highly skilled team and take on a critical role in managing workshop operations.

About Your

Role - Lead and support a team of electrical tradespeople in a collaborative and safety‑first environment.

- Plan and deliver projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
- Prepare quotes, inspection reports, and work plans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage resources, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines and safety standards.
- Mentor and develop team members to help them grow and succeed.




- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to a culture of innovation.

About

You - Experience in a Leading Hand or Foreperson role, ideally in an industrial or workshop setting.

- A strong commitment to safety and experience with risk assessments.
- Knowledge of AC/DC motor rewinds and flameproof motors (AS 3800).
- Ability to plan and manage projects, including quoting and inspections.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others.

Qualifications & Skills - Current QLD Electrical License (required)

- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Experience with industrial electric vehicle component overhauls (advantageous)
- HVNL Load Manager training (preferred)
- Proficiency in or a willingness to learn systems such as SAP.
