We're partnering with a NSW Government organisation seeking an experienced Learning &
- Development Business Partner to support leaders and employees through the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives across the business.
About the Role
As the Learning &
- Development Business Partner, you'll work closely with managers and stakeholders to identify capability gaps, develop practical learning solutions and facilitate engaging training programs across a geographically dispersed workforce.
You'll play a key role in supporting leadership development, organisational capability and employee performance through innovative learning strategies and effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual training programs.
- Partner with business leaders to identify learning and capability needs.
- Develop instructional materials, learning resources and training content.
- Deliver leadership and career development initiatives.
- Analyse capability gaps and recommend practical learning solutions.
- Support succession planning, talent development and performance initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops across multiple business groups and locations.
- Maintain learning documentation, training records and educational resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive learning outcomes.
About You
You'll bring
- Demonstrated experience in Learning &
- Development, Organisational Development or Capability Development.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills across both face-to-face and virtual environments.
- Experience conducting learning needs analyses and developing tailored training solutions.
- Instructional design experience and the ability to create engaging learning content.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations or government environments will be highly regarded.
