Description: The role: Applications are invited from experienced administration professionals with an interest in supporting secondary Learning Enrichment operations. This is a permanent full time role commencing c. mid-late August (neg.) Learning Enrichment Assistant (7-12).

8am - 4pm Mon-Fri, term-time only (38 weeks per year - NB salary is averaged and paid across 52 weeks).

Working closely with the Head of LE 7-12, provide high-quality administrative support to the secondary LE team to ensure smooth running of departmental operations.

Coordinate examination provisions, student timetables, and learning plans, and support administration related to NCCD funding and census information.

Liaise with staff, students, and families to schedule meetings, communicate indivudal learning plans, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Analyse student data to support learning outcomes and informed decision-making (i.e. NAPLAN, Allwell, etc).

Under direction,



assist with small-group learning interventions and study support (including during/after school sessions).

Skills and Experiences: The ideal candidate: Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-focused administration role, with a demonstrated background in working with complex schedules.

Exposure to education highly regarded (but not essential).

Proficiency in standard ICT applications including Google Workspace.

Strong organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, be adaptable and agile, and work collaboratively.

Personable, friendly, and outgoing, with a genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs.

A confident and communicative team player who makes a positive contribution to the life and culture of Kambala.
