As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced evaluation specialist to help demonstrate and enhance the impact of our learning solutions.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join our Executive Education team as our Learning Evaluation, Assessment and Impact Advisor. As the specialist advisor for learning evaluation, assessment and psychometrics, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients and internal stakeholders understand, measure and communicate the outcomes and business impact of our leadership and capability development programs. Working across the entire client and program lifecycle, you'll partner with Business Development, Client and Learner Solutions, and Client and Learner Experience teams to design fit-for-purpose evaluation approaches, develop meaningful measures, analyse evidence and translate insights into compelling client stories that inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical rigour with client engagement, strategic thinking and practical problem solving to influence how learning impact is measured across one of Australia's leading business schools.

About You





You are naturally curious and passionate about evidence-based learning and organisational capability. You enjoy translating complex data into meaningful insights and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders to help them understand what the evidence tells us - and equally importantly - what it doesn't.

You will bring: Demonstrated experience designing and implementing learning evaluation or assessment frameworks within leadership development, organisational development, education or consulting environments.

Experience applying evaluation methodologies such as Kirkpatrick, LTEM, Phillips or similar approaches.

Strong knowledge of psychometrics, assessment design, evaluation methods and continuous improvement principles.

Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.

Experience developing evaluation reports, dashboards and client-ready presentations that support strategic conversations.

Outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.

Tertiary qualifications in organisational psychology, educational psychology, evaluation, learning sciences, psychometrics, education, data analytics, statistics or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
