We are looking for an enthusiastic , motivated and customer- focused Leasing Manager to join our award winning Property Management team. About the Role

As our Leasing Manager , you will be responsible for managing the entire Leasing process from enquiry through to lease commencement. You will work closely with our Property Management team to minimise vacancy periods, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless leasing experience for both rental providers and renters.

You’ll also assist our Commercial Division by conducting commercial property inspections, giving you exposure across both residential and commercial real estate and adding variety to your role.

If you have a background in client care or customer service, you’ll find this role an excellent fit. We’ll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, supported by our cutting-edge systems designed to prioritize client relationships and rental provider investment goals.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage the end to end leasing process for our residential portfolio.
- Conduct open for inspections.
- Assist with commercial property inspections for our Commercial Division.
- Process tenancy applications , complete reference checks and prepare recommendations for rental providers.
- Coordinate photography, advertising and marketing of properties.
- Liaise with the Property Management team.

Requirements

- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and a reliable car.
- Valid Agents Representative Certificate.
- Police Check.
