We are partnering with a highly regarded national law firm that is looking for a dynamic and team orientated Legal Assistant who has family law experience and a genuine passion for family law.

What will YOUR day to day look like?

- Diary and email management.

- Managing files and ensuring deadlines are met.

- Attending to and managing document management and file management. (Drafting and preparing documents will give you autonomy and ownership).

- Organising and managing end of month billing.

- Assisting in coordinating conferences, court attendances and client meetings.

- Manage relationships and liaison with clients, barristers, experts, courts and external stakeholders.

Do you have these skills experience?





- Proven legal assistant experience (family law preferred), at least two years within a reputable large law firm.

- Proven experience with end of month billing.

- Attention to detail, strong communication, confidence, calm under pressure, ultimate problem solver.

- Robust technical skills and ability to pick things up quickly.

- The desire to join a fun and energetic team by bringing your own level of fun.
