Product and commercial strategy This is a highly visible role where you’ll develop practical guidance, monitor regulatory change, engage with stakeholders, and help shape the future of compliance content for some of Australia’s most important industries.
What You’ll Be Doing Own and evolve a portfolio of regulatory content across the Energy, Environment, Resources sector
Translate complex legislation, case law, and regulatory change into clear, practical guidance
Monitor legislative reform, compliance trends, sector developments, and industry best practice
Work with customers to understand how compliance content is used in real-world settings
Engage with authors, consultants, regulators, skilled bodies, and subject matter experts
Lead content projects from concept through to delivery
Support sales, marketing, and product teams with insights, training, and content expertise
Contribute to content strategy, new product ideas, and adjacent market opportunities Who We’re Looking For A professional with a law degree or equivalent legal/compliance education
Strong legal research, drafting, and editing skills
Interest or experience in Energy, Resources, Utilities, Infrastructure, Environment, Legal or Corporate Compliance
Ability to simplify complex legal and regulatory concepts for non-legal audiences
Strong commercial awareness and an interest in how content supports customer outcomes
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders and presenting ideas
Highly organised, with strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across content, product, sales,
marketing, and finance
