This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a solid LA career and is looking for a stable, well-supported team environment.
No students will be considered for this role.
About the role:
You'll be working closely with a partner, providing full secretarial and administrative support including:
- Diary management, travel and appointment scheduling
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court/file materials
- Opening and closing matters, electronic and hard copy filing
- End-of-month billing (manageable, well-structured process - something they pride themselves on!)
- Client liaison and ad hoc support
The team is close-knit and genuinely invested in their support staff, you'll have direct exposure to partners who value long-term LAs and are open to flexibility (including work-from-home days).
About you:
- 3 years Defendant Insurance or Commercial Litigation experience
- A genuine career LA, this is a long-term, stable chance rather than a stepping stone
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident managing billing, filing and client-facing correspondence
- Comfortable working autonomously within a supportive team structure
