About the Employer

ABN 15 577 127 495 is seeking a full-time Licensed Club Manager to organise and control the day-to-day operations of the club, including licensed bar and hospitality services, member services, sporting and social activities, staff supervision, property coordination and compliance with relevant liquor, health, safety and club regulatory requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Planning, coordinating and supervising the club’s bar, bistro, dining, function and member service operations.
- Planning, booking and supervising golf, sporting, entertainment, social and community activities conducted by the club.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the licensed premises, including responsible service of alcohol obligations and compliance with liquor licensing requirements.
- Supervising security arrangements, clubhouse presentation, cleaning standards, property maintenance and general facility upkeep.
- Coordinating member subscriptions, renewals, member records and membership-related communications.
- Ensuring the club observes liquor, gaming, health, safety, workplace and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies, risk controls and incident reporting requirements.




- Preparing, compiling and arranging distribution of newsletters, notices, event updates and other communications to inform members of club events, facilities and services.
- Assessing and reviewing member satisfaction, member preferences and service standards, and recommending operational improvements.
- Liaising with local community groups, suppliers, contractors, sponsors and stakeholders supported or engaged by the club.
- Selecting, rostering, training, supervising and performance-managing staff across club operations.
- Monitoring budgets, stock control, purchasing, supplier arrangements and operational costs.
- Preparing operational reports for the Club Committee / Board as required.
- Promoting a welcoming, safe and compliant club environment for members, visitors, staff and the local community. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

Applicants must have

- Relevant study in hospitality management or business management, club management or a closely related field; or at least 2 years of relevant experience in club, hospitality, venue or licensed premises management.
- Demonstrated experience managing licensed hospitality, club, sporting, entertainment or member-based venue operations.
- Experience supervising staff, preparing rosters, coordinating service delivery and maintaining operational standards.
- Knowledge of liquor licensing, responsible service of alcohol, workplace health and safety, food safety and general compliance requirements.
- Solid communication, leadership,



customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage memberships, events, bookings, suppliers, contractors and community relationships.
- Sound computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale, booking, membership, email and reporting systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by club operations. Licensing / Compliance Requirements The successful applicant must hold, or be able to obtain before commencement:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification valid for the Northern Territory.
- Any liquor licensing approval, nominee approval, police clearance or other compliance approval required for managing licensed club operations in the Northern Territory.
- Food safety, first aid or other venue-related certifications, where required by the club. How to Apply
