Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Melbourne, VIC. The agent will manage end-to-end sales campaigns, including prospecting, conducting property appraisals, listing properties, coordinating marketing activities, and hosting open for inspections. Daily responsibilities include responding to buyer and vendor inquiries, conducting private inspections, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiation and contract processes.
The role involves maintaining accurate records in agency systems, staying up to date with local market trends and legislative requirements, and collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales targets. The agent is expected to provide consistent,
high-quality customer service, build long-term client relationships, and represent Raine & Horne Thomastown professionally in the community.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and thorough understanding of Real Property regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, marketing, negotiating, and closing residential or commercial property transactions.
Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and maintain professional client relationships.
Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple listings and client needs simultaneously.
Competence with digital tools and CRM systems for managing contacts, marketing campaigns, and property data.
Current driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to attend inspections, appraisals, and client meetings across Melbourne.
Previous experience in the Melbourne or VIC property market is beneficial, along with fluency in additional languages being an advantage.
