Licensed Electrician

ELESERVE is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Electrician to join our growing team, working on a variety of electrical infrastructure and commercial electrical projects throughout Sydney and regional NSW.

We are looking for someone with a positive, “can do” attitude who takes pride in their work. The successful applicant will be able to work autonomously, manage small crews when required, and consistently deliver high quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

The Role

This role requires you to be adaptable, flexible and proactive. Key responsibilities include:

- General electrical installations, maintenance and upgrades
- Installation and termination of power and control cabling
- Cable hauling and cable terminations
- Installation of electrical equipment, switchboards and associated infrastructure
- Fault finding, testing and commissioning
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
- Working alongside excavator and plant operators on civil and electrical projects
- Completing site documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and company procedures

Essential Skills & Experience

- Current NSW Electrical Contractor/Supervisor Licence (Electrician)
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Current CPR/LVR certification
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong fault finding and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Ability to supervise and lead other workers when required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required

Desirable Skills & Qualifications The following would be advantageous but are not essential:

- Experience in electrical infrastructure or utility projects
- Experience working around underground services
- EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Space training
- Excavator spotter or civil construction experience
- Heavy Vehicle Licence (MR or HR)
- Project management or leading hand experience
