About the opportunity Our well‑established and successful lifestyle team is looking for that last person to finish off the group. We need someone who is working towards their qualification or is an experienced and qualified Lifestyle Assistant. What you’ll bring - Resilient, compassionate and a whole lot of heart.

- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient‑centred care.
- Excellent time‑management, organisational and communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability to change, and adept problem‑solving.
- Preferable memory support unit experience and understanding of the lifestyle needs of residents who are cognitively impaired.
- A compassionate, versatile and positive approach to effective resident emotional and spiritual care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly,



respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Required evidence or qualifications - Current NDIS Clearance or recent police check and NDIS application.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Passport, birth certificate and/or work rights in Australia.
