Role Description
- Lead the supply chain function with a focus on commercial awareness and improving business metrics.
- Drive supply chain optimisation and efficiency improvements across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and procurement.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to improve performance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand and supply planning — optimisation and continuous improvement.
- S&OP; mapping, documentation, and implementation across the supply chain.
- Logistics and procurement oversight.
- Conduct audits and map processes to improve operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience
- Deep knowledge of supply chain improvement and leadership capability.
- Proven experience in demand and supply planning.
- Expertise in improving forecast accuracy.
- Solid commercial awareness and business metrics understanding.
KPIs
- Inventory accuracy
- Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO)
- Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT)
About You
- Proven experience in demand and supply planning, including forecasting and supply alignment.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing and supplier relationship management.
- Leadership capability with the ability to collaborate and drive outcomes across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
