You’ll be on the pool deck, teaching young swimmers, and driving memorable experiences for families while shaping a culture that makes staff proud to come to work.

The role is full-time, paying $33.31/hr under the Level 7 Fitness Industry Award, with perks including Virtual Y access, career development, and savings on health insurance and cinema tickets.
