As a Broker Support Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our Business Development Managers (BDMs) nation-wide by enabling them to focus on sales and relationship-building activities. You will contribute to increased utilisation and origination across Residential Mortgages and Commercial products, while also helping to build and maintain solid relationships with our introducer network.

In this role, you will:

- Act as an alternate point of contact for introducers when BDMs are unavailable.
- Proactively engage with introducers through relationship calls to drive awareness and uptake of products.
- Respond to introducer enquiries and support non-scenario-related requests
- Monitor and identify opportunities for BDM engagement, including within broker platforms
- Deliver product and system training to introducers (including Liberty IQ and LoanNET)
- Maintain strong knowledge of Liberty products and market competitors
- Provide a high level of service to deliver a consistently positive introducer experience.
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, credit and settlements teams, while contributing to a collaborative, agile and customer-focused culture.

- Experience in a broker support, lending or financial services environment.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work proactively and manage multiple prioritise.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering quality service outcomes
- Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
