BlueCare is offering a Personal Carer Traineeship in Mackay and surrounding areas. This permanent part‑time position lets you earn while you learn, with government funding to cover the Certificate III in Individual Support.
As a Personal Carer Trainee you will visit clients in their homes, provide daily living support, transport to appointments, and help with community activities, following each client’s Care Plan. A fully funded training program is provided.
