Vault Protective Security Services
Join one of WA's most trusted premium security providers. We are seeking qualified, customer-focused Crowd Controllers to act as Venue Hosts for dynamic hospitality and event environments in Perth CBD, Scarborough, and Mandurah.
About The Role
Vault Protective Security Services is an established West Australian security provider, specialising in delivering exceptional security and customer service to the hospitality sector. With a strong presence in Perth since 2011, we have established ourselves as the preferred security partner for prominent venues, government entities, and high-profile clients.
We are currently seeking highly skilled Crowd Controllers who understand that great security starts at the door with a welcoming presence. In this role, you are the first and last impression for our clients' guests.
PLEASE NOTE: We are strictly focused on quality and the customer experience. This role requires premium security professionals who excel in communication, de-escalation, and hospitality. While physical capability and fitness are mandatory, your greatest weapon should be your ability to talk to people and manage venue energy positively.
We strongly encourage candidates with hospitality backgrounds, as well as military veterans holding a current security licence, to apply. We highly value the composure, discipline, and high-stress management skills that veterans bring to the table.

- Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication using two-way radios in loud settings.
- Execute safe, hands-on control and restraint techniques only when de-escalation fails and physical intervention is absolutely necessary to ensure safety.
