About the Role

Be part of something transformational during an exciting period of growth within a dynamic team. The Platform Engineering team is a recently established function at Greenstone designed to drive our transformation toward Agile methodologies, modern AI‑supported engineering practices, and technology modernization. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will enable stream‑aligned teams by defining patterns and standards ("golden paths"), building automated infrastructure, and championing an exceptional developer experience.

Responsibilities

- AWS Landing Zone: Implement and validate enterprise landing zone capabilities using AWS Landing Zone Accelerator and AWS Control Tower patterns.
- Infrastructure as Code: Translate AWS 3.0 architecture decisions into deployable IaC modules, pipelines, configurations, and operational runbooks.
- Policy as Code: Implement and validate pre‑ and post‑deployment assurance controls, exception handling, and compliance evidence.
- Design Governance: Constructively challenge weak designs, unclear requirements, and manual "click‑ops" operating models using evidence‑based reasoning.
- Team Enablement: Lead solution designs with support from Staff/Principal Engineers,



and mentor team members through collaborative pairing and hands‑on leadership by example.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- A practical, delivery‑focused approach.
- Proven experience in a transformation as a Senior DevOps or Platform Engineer turning complex architecture, security, and networking requirements into working AWS patterns.
- Deep technical expertise in AWS enterprise landing zones, IaC module development, and automated pipelines.
- Experience establishing compliant, automated platforms fit for regulated workloads.
