The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Logistics Administrator to join our busy Logistics team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and is eager to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key duties will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage daily tasks
- Maintaining a protected, clean and organised warehouse environment
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Participating in project work, including meeting with stakeholders, listening to feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and assisting with the implementation of new processes
- Working collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused attitude during periods of change
The successful applicant should have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or distribution environment
- A strong commitment to customer service and delivering quality outcomes
- Experience using Warehouse Management Software, ERP or similar inventory software
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft products, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
- A current unrestricted ‘C’ class driver’s license with driving experience and an excellent driving record
- A current National Police Clearance
Previous warehousing experience is preferred but not essential. This role would suit someone who is willing to undergo on the job training. The successful applicant will work 76 hours per fortnight rostered as 7.6-hour shifts between the hours of 7.30am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
