OTR Tyres, Wheels & Axles – A proud Western Australian owned company and a national leader in supplying and servicing tyre, wheel, and axle solutions for the mining, transport, construction, and agriculture industries, is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our growing team at the Bellevue (Perth) branch!

What You’ll Do:
- Maintaining and updating logistics records and documentation.
- Prepare and process courier and transport documentation for outgoing orders.
- Providing support to the logistics team with data entry, filing and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with inventory management including stock control, cycle counts, and stocktakes.
- Liaise with clients, external suppliers, and internal teams for accurate, timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
To be successful:
- Experience in Logistics Administration, warehousing,
or supply chain coordination (preferred but not essential).
- Certificate II in Warehousing or Logistics (preferred but not essential).
- Robust organisational and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Capability to meet the physical demands of the role while maintaining safety.
