? Level: Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize transportation, warehousing, distribution, and delivery operations. In this role, you will manage logistics teams, coordinate shipments, monitor transportation performance, improve operational efficiency, and ensure products and materials are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. You'll collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement, warehouse, operations, finance, suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.

Develop and implement logistics strategies that support business objectives, customer requirements, and supply chain performance.

Lead, supervise, train, and develop logistics, warehouse, transport, and distribution teams.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, freight movements, and transportation schedules.

Manage relationships with freight carriers, transport providers, logistics partners, suppliers, and other external service providers.

Monitor delivery performance, transportation costs, freight efficiency, service levels, and key logistics performance indicators (KPIs).

Optimize transportation routes, delivery schedules, warehouse processes, and distribution networks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure accurate inventory movement, stock transfers, shipment documentation, and delivery records.

Monitor warehouse operations, storage capacity, loading and unloading activities, and material handling processes.

Identify and resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and operational disruptions.

Develop contingency plans and risk management strategies to minimize supply chain and logistics disruptions.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, transportation regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards.

Monitor logistics budgets,



operating costs, freight expenses, and resource utilization.

Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, warehouse, finance, sales, customer service, and operations teams to align logistics activities with business requirements.

Prepare logistics reports, performance dashboards, cost analysis, forecasts, and operational updates for senior management.

Implement logistics technology, transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and data-driven processes to improve visibility and efficiency.

Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement.

Research emerging logistics technologies, transportation solutions, sustainability initiatives, and industry best practices.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery performance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain resilience. ✅ Requirements

Strong understanding of logistics management, transportation, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain operations.

Proven experience managing logistics operations, transportation providers, warehouse teams, and external service partners.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing freight, transportation schedules, delivery networks, inventory movements, and logistics performance.

Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Experience monitoring logistics budgets, transportation costs, supplier contracts, and operational expenses.

Proficiency with logistics software, transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms is advantageous.





Strong understanding of logistics KPIs, operational reporting, data analysis, and performance improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of transportation regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, and relevant logistics compliance standards.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing operational requirements and unexpected disruptions.

Strong commercial awareness with a focus on cost control, efficiency, customer service, and operational performance.

Ability to work effectively with suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, procurement, supply chain, finance, operations, and customers.

High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, sustainability, and logistics excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
