- Small, friendly team needs additional member: potential for long-term/permanent - 0730 start, 37.5 hr wk Mon to Fri
- Use your forklift licence (no high -reach); computer skills and accurate order picking & packing, unloading etc.
- Leading IT services provider, dealing with Field Techs and supplying networking parts etc.
We need a motivated and reliable LOGISTICS PERSON with can-do attitude and attention to detail. Computer literate, you will enjoy the variety of handling hi-tech equipment (switches, routers, networking gear) and computer hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.). Liaise with carriers. This is a national role and you will liaise with branches as you grow in the position. Your role ensures that the FIELD TECHS,
SERVICE AGENTS and PARTNERS have the right parts and equipment to perform nationally. Valuable, clear communication verbal and in writing is necessary.
You need to have 2 years minimum broad, hands-on warehousing experience, using BAR CODE SCANNERS and meeting daily task sheets to deadlines. A supportive team awaits in a modern warehouse facility at Derrimut on Melbourne's north. Physical fitness for unloading and lifting within guidelines is required.
Any electronics or auto spare parts experience will be an advantage, but with training you will pick up IT parts and keep up with the latest technology. This position could lead to long-term, it's up to you. We have the work.
