We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with previous experience operating production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will be responsible for ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and hygiene.

Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging or similar industries will be highly regarded.

Your duties will include

- Operating and monitoring food manufacturing equipment to maintain efficient production

- Measuring, preparing and adding ingredients according to production schedules and specifications

- Performing machine set-ups, adjustments and changeovers as required

- Carrying out routine quality inspections and reporting any faults or production issues

- Accurately completing production paperwork, batch records and quality documentation

- Following standard operating procedures, food safety regulations and hygiene requirements

- Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas to GMP standards

- Assisting with production preparation to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing runs

- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output and quality targets

- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment at all times





We're looking for candidates who have proven experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can hit the ground running.

You will ideally possess

- A minimum of 12 months' recent experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, beverage or pharmaceutical production

- Demonstrated experience operating, monitoring and troubleshooting production machinery
- The ability to work from production schedules, batch sheets and manufacturing specifications
- A sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

- Solid attention to detail with the ability to identify quality or equipment issues and take appropriate action

- Reliable transport
