What you’ll be doing

- Oversee and manage all electrical services on site to maximise productivity and operational efficiency.
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including control panels and equipment.
- Coordinate and manage external electrical contractors and onsite works.
- Perform fault finding, testing, and ongoing maintenance of electrical components, PLCs,



and instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and site safety procedures.
- Manage testing and tagging of electrical equipment and maintain accurate records.
- Support installation and commissioning of recent equipment and upgrades.
- Prepare reports on maintenance, projects, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of tidiness, safety, and documentation across the site.
- Participate in training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring

- A Class Victorian Electrical Licence.
- Proven experience in industrial or maintenance electrical roles.
- Experience with PLC systems, programming, and fault finding.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Current Forklift Licence (desirable).
- Physically capable of performing hands-on tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
