What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Maintenance Officer, you will play an important role in keeping DuluxGroup's Clayton site safe, functional, and operating at its best. This is a hands-on position that supports facilities maintenance, warehousing, laboratory services, waste management, and day-to-day site operations, helping ensure our employees can work in a well-maintained and productive environment.

Working closely with the Facilities Manager and a broad range of stakeholders, you will take ownership of both reactive and planned maintenance activities while contributing to the smooth operation of the site. No two days are the same, with responsibilities including:

- Performing general maintenance and responding to site work orders.
- Supporting planned preventive maintenance activities.
- Managing incoming deliveries, dispatch, and general warehouse management duties.
- Assisting with laboratory operations, including waste management and raw material handling.
- Maintaining consumable stock levels and site supplies.
- Supporting event and meeting space set-ups.




- Contributing to safety initiatives and continuous site improvement.
- Taking pride in maintaining the presentation and functionality of the site.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on position, takes ownership of their work, and is motivated to make a positive impact each day.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with some flexibility available for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking for:

- Trade qualified or experienced in general maintenance, building upkeep, or a similar practical role
- Comfortable performing a mix of maintenance, minor construction, warehousing, and laboratory support tasks
- Strong focus on safety, sustainability, and following HSEQ standards at all times
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with contractors and internal teams
- Organised communicator who takes ownership of stock levels, records, and site presentation
